Affirmations 2.3.2

Many of our thoughts are automatic and often negative, leading to a cycle of negative thoughts and feelings. This application provides affirmations to help break the pattern of negative automatic thinking.

Positive affirmations can have a transformative effect on our thought patterns. By regularly using these affirmations, they can be absorbed by the subconscious mind, leading to more positive thinking and emotions. Repeatedly reciting these affirmations, even if initially disagreeing with them, can eventually make them a natural and genuine part of one's mindset. This change in behavior can eventually influence one's feelings positively – embodying the idea of "Fake it 'til you make it."

Affirmations can be verbalized aloud or silently repeated to oneself. It is essential that affirmations are stated in the present tense to prevent the mind from drifting into the past or future.

This application detects the language settings on your phone and displays text in either Swedish or English.

A new affirmation can be displayed by tapping anywhere on the screen. Additionally, by touching and holding the screen for a few seconds, you can capture an image of the affirmation, which is then saved in a dedicated directory on the SD card named Affirmations. From there, you can choose to share the captured image.
